Kimberly McCumber-PloofKimberly McCumber-Ploof
Chief Operating Officer

As chief operating officer of Covera Card Solutions, Kimberly McCumber-Ploof oversees all EFT product functions for more than 500 credit union programs in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. She works closely with all business partners in providing quality products and services to Covera partners.

Since joining the organization in 1988, McCumber-Ploof has held numerous management positions, including: card support, chargebacks, accounting, customer services and EFT/operations.

McCumber-Ploof currently serves on CO-OP Network’s Operations Advisory Committee (OAC) and the CSCU Advisory Committee and previously served on the Member Access Operation Committee.

She is certified in credit union accounting, member services and consumer lending through the Staff Training and Recognition (STAR) Program.

Jennifer Montena-RodgersJennifer Montena-Rodgers
Director of Operations/Training

As the director of operations/training for Covera Card Solutions, Jennifer Montena-Rodgers oversees operations, education sessions, enhanced services, fraud and cardholder disputes.

She is also instrumental in helping Covera partners develop strategic, effective marketing plans for their card programs.

Since joining the organization in 1994, Montena-Rodgers has assumed multiple roles, including: data entry clerk, operations representative, EFT trainer and senior EFT trainer. Prior to her current position, she served as manager of operations/training.

Colleen BriggsColleen Briggs
Director of Implementations/Portfolio Development

As director of implementations/portfolio development for Covera Card Solutions, Colleen Briggs is responsible for the management of implementations and portfolio development. In this role, she oversees the organization’s relationships with partner credit unions and ensures that they receive comprehensive support for the products and services they utilize.

Briggs has extensive experience in the financial services industry. She worked as a business analyst at Fidelity National Financial and spent 15 years at Charter One Bank, where she held numerous positions, including supervisor, card support analyst and vice president of ATM and Card Services operations.

Rob Goodwin Rob Goodwin
Business Development Director

As the business development director for Covera Card Solutions, Rob Goodwin is responsible for managing the Covera sales team and creating/implementing growth strategies for the organization.

Under his leadership, the sales team works with credit unions in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut to ensure their payment processing needs are met through Covera products and services. During Goodwin’s tenure, Covera has experienced considerable growth in transaction volumes and new client partnerships.

Before joining Covera in 2004, Goodwin served as director of client services at GoalQuest, Inc. and as an account executive at the New Jersey Credit Union League. He received a Master of Arts degree from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
