McCumber-Ploof
Vice President
Kimberly McCumber-Ploof is vice president of Covera Card Solutions, a title she has held since 2004.
McCumber-Ploof oversees all functions for the EFT products for more than 500 credit union programs in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. She works closely with all business partners in providing quality products and services to Covera Card Solutions clients.
Since joining the New York State Credit Union League, Inc. and Affiliates in 1988,
McCumber-Ploof has held numerous management positions covering a wide range of areas, including: card support, chargebacks, accounting, customer services, and EFT/operations.
In 1996, she successfully managed the operations of all service lines, which include credit, debit and ATM. Each company previously had been serviced separately.
McCumber-Ploof recently was appointed to a three-year term on CO-OP Network’s Operations Advisory Committee (OAC), currently serves on the CSCU Advisory Committee and previously served on the Member Access Operation Committee.
McCumber-Ploof has earned certificates for Credit Union Accounting, Member Services and Consumer Lending through the Staff Training and Recognition (STAR) Program and has attended numerous supervisory/management seminars and training programs.

 Jennifer Montena
Director of Operations/Training
Jennifer Montena is director of operations/training for Covera Card Solutions.
In this role, she oversees operations, on-site training sessions at credit unions and online webinars, chargebacks and scanning areas.
Previously, Montena was manager of operations/training.
Montena has been instrumental in coordinating an ongoing series of webinars that enable Covera Card Solutions clients across the Northeast to learn about credit card, debit card and ATM topics relevant to credit unions.
She has risen through the ranks since joining the New York State Credit Union League, Inc. and Affiliates in March 1994, having served as a data entry clerk, operations representative, EFT trainer, senior EFT trainer, and Covera manager.

 Anne Norris
Director of Implementations/Development
Anne Norris is director of implementations/development for Covera Card Solutions.
Within implementations, Norris oversees the day-to-day projects for implementing all debit, credit and ATM programs. The implementations area also serves the ATM Help Desk, as well as mediation of the ATM Sharing groups.
Previously, Norris was manager of implementations/development.
Norris has been instrumental in overseeing operations for the ATM Sharing program, which helps credit unions afford ATM terminals by sharing the expense and increases their marketplace presence by allowing members to access their credit union accounts from multiple locations.
In the development area, Norris oversees the process of assisting credit unions with retaining their portfolios, as well as offering them assistance with new products from processors.
Since joining the New York State Credit Union League, Inc. and Affiliates in September 1999, she also has worked as a credit union support specialist and an ATM support specialist.
