News Release Island Signs With Covera (January 25 - Latham, NY) – Island FCU has just signed on with Covera Card Solutions to convert to their FlexDebit program. Through the program, the credit union will process PIN and signature debit transactions. The partnership also includes access to CO-OP Network, the credit union surcharge free ATM network.
