Jennifer Montena-Rodgers
Director of Operations/Training

Jennifer Montena-Rodgers oversees the operations, enhanced services, risk mitigation, cardholder disputes and training divisions of Covera. Applying nearly two decades of experience, she ensures that each division runs smoothly and exceeds client credit unions’ expectations. She also develops strategies to help credit unions market their card programs and stay one step ahead of debit and credit card regulations.

Since joining Covera as a data entry clerk in 1994, Jennifer has successfully mastered several roles, including: operations representative, EFT trainer and senior EFT trainer. Prior to her current position, she served as manager of operations and training.

Colleen Briggs
Director of Implementations/Portfolio Development

Colleen Briggs leads Covera’s implementations and portfolio development teams in helping credit unions launch, maintain and grow successful card programs. From ATM installations to program enhancements to portfolio consultations, Colleen’s team works closely with credit unions to provide smooth implementations/conversions and effective long-term growth strategies.

Before joining Covera in 2008, Colleen worked as a business analyst at Fidelity National Financial. She also spent 15 years at Charter One Bank, where she held numerous positions, including: supervisor, card support analyst and vice president of ATM and Card Services operations.
